Returns and Exchange

All items sold by Scion Skin undergo thorough quality control procedures. Every item is inspected before it is carefully packed and  shipped. However, there may be times that products are defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped. Should this be the case, we would gladly evaluate your concern and take necessary action according to our Return and Exchange Policy.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Scion Skin has a 7-day return policy, which means the customer has seven (7) business days within receiving an item to request a return. 

To start a return, you may send us an email at support@scionskin.com detailing your concern and we will send instructions on how to proceed. Products that are sent back to us without prior request of a return, will not be accepted. Likewise, those that have been disassembled or damaged, will not be eligible for return or refund.

* All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition that they were received.

Items that meet the policy conditions must be shipped back to our office. Customers may request for home pick up of the items for return, for a fee. 

Scion Skin will not refund the full amount or price difference of the item for exchange. If the value of the selected exchange item is higher than the value of the original item purchased, the customer shall to settle the price difference.
 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately should there be any concerns, so we can evaluate and take the necessary action.

REFUND

The customer will be notified once Scion Skin has received and inspected the returns. Refund requests will be accepted seven (7) business days from date of purchase that meet any of the following conditions: 

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Product accessory is missing

  • Product was not delivered

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product was proven to be counterfeit

For products eligible for a refund, Scion Skin will arrange for the pick up of the item to be returned and will likewise shoulder the courier fee. 

Both the customer and seller must agree on the return/refund policy, for the process to commence. Once items have been returned, the customer allows Scion Skin to inspect the products before the refund can be fully approved.
