It is recommended to use the device for 10 mins per session, every other day, for 3 to 4 times a week.

Disclaimer: Results will be visible after 4 to 6 weeks and may vary depending on skin type.

It is normal to smell a metallic odor and hear buzzing sounds while using the device as this is an indicator that plasma is being generated.

Time on standby mode is not counted in the 10 minutes. The device will only shut off after 10 minutes of actual working time.

The indicator light will be steady and a buzzing sound and metallic odor will be emitted.

Note: Remember to use proper grip to ensure the skin touches both silver inductive bars.

We recommend using the device together with your trusted eye cream or serum, for a total of 5 to 8 minutes per session, 4 times a week.

The device is suitable for all skin types. We recommend starting at the lowest setting to see how it works for you.

The use of all Scion Skin home devices is safe, non-invasive and totally painless. Please follow the operating instructions to ensure safety and product efficacy.

We recommend decreasing the frequency of use of the device. Consult a dermatologist if redness and irritation do not improve.

Troubleshooting: Sonic Refresh

Possible Reason
The Scion Sonic Refresh does not switch on when the power button is pressed:
Battery is empty; Interface is locked.
Recharge the device for 3 hours until fully charged. Connect the charging cable to restore the function to normal.
LED does not pulse when the charger is connected.
Battery is fully charged and ready to use for up to 130 full cleansing routines; Battery is drained. Please charge; Charging cable is not properly connected.
Check wall socket and charging port.
The Scion Sonic Refresh cannot be switched off and/or the interface buttons do not respond.
The microprocessor is temporarily malfunctioning.
Connect the charging cable to restore function to normal.
